Allen B. Bostrom

Mr. Bostrom is Chairman of the Board at Universal Accounting®. He has over 30 years experience assisting businesses of all sizes in profit-making strategies. Under his leadership, Universal has become one of the fastest growing companies in the nation having been in the Inc 500/5000 3 years in a row. Allen is a much sought-after speaker and presenter promoting the importance of using accounting information in business decision-making.

He is the Author of several books, including "In the Black," now in its 4th printing, and available in Japanese. He has taught marketing to thousands of small business owners, CPA's, Accountants and Bookkeepers for the purpose of building their business nationwide. His latest book, "Red to Black in 30 Days" teaches strategies for taking a business from a loss position to full-profitability with relative ease.


Roger A. Knecht, PB

As President of Universal Accounting®, Mr. Knecht oversees all national and international trainings offered by Universal Accounting® to help those enrolled improve their accounting and tax careers or firms. With his bachelor's degree in communications and his background in marketing and recruiting, Mr. Knecht has proven himself to be an invaluable asset to Universal graduates. Mr. Knecht has been instrumental in launching and growing thousands of accounting practices. Roger is a past Vice President of Education for IMA — Utah Chapter. He also has extensive experience in the Accounting Staffing industry. He earned his degree in Communications from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Knecht is a favorite presenter at Universal's seminars, combining wit and wisdom in sharing the principles of small business success. Mr. Knecht has extensive experience in marketing and management with corporations of all sizes and has successfully implemented the principles of growth he speaks about.


Clay Neves
Vice President of National Enrollment

Mr. Neves currently serves as Vice President of National Enrollment for Universal Accounting®. He leads our team of Enrollment Directors and Orientation Coaches in guiding our new students through the enrollment process and into the completion of their coursework. Prior to his current position, he served as the Director of Seminars and Marketing Services leading the planning, coordination, and implementation of Universal seminars and workshops throughout the United States and Canada and developing Universal's Master Coaching programs and marketing services on behalf of Universal students.

Mr. Neves earned his BSBA Degree in Marketing and has 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management, specializing in the education and training field, and has served as a Chamber of Commerce Executive Director. He has trained and coached thousands of small business owners to marketing success.


Jeff Stone, PB
Internet Manager

Jeff Stone is the latest addition to Universal Accounting®’s Senior Staff. As the Internet Manager. He is responsible for all internet sales, including marketing and revenue. He works closely with a team of talented web and database developers, graphic designers and copy writers to manage and continually improve Universal's online presence.

Jeff received his Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) and has 10 plus years of experience in sales, sales training and sales management. His information technology expertise, strong sales background, and experience working with Universal make his role a natural fit. With his sales and technical writing skills and a logic-driven mindset, Jeff’s goals are focused on improving the users’ online experience while continuing to increase the number of student enrollments.
